I disagree that we do not have a part to play in Total Defence. We can play a part in Total Defence by being prepared at all times for any emergency, maintaining a good relationship with other people of other religons to prevent racial riot and take part in water and food rationing exercises too! So it does not mean that if we are young will not be able to play a part in Total Defence.
